Violett
and Gabby are 16 inch strung vinyl fashion dolls. They
are jointed at the knees, hips, waist, shoulders, elbows,
wrists and neck. Their heads are smaller than their
counterparts, Willow and Daisy but their bodies are
very nearly the same so they can wear Willow and Daisy's
clothes as well as many 16 inch doll fashions.
Being
strung with elastic they are somewhat similar to ball
jointed dolls. They have "glass" eyes that
have been carefully set and real eyelashes. All the
dolls have wigs.
The
Decora Violett and Decora Gabby come wearing bright
fur wigs that are lightly glued on each side so that
you can change them into the second wig that comes with
each of them, a coppery red wig for in a short, flipped
style for Decora Violett and a black gypsy wig for Decora
Gabby.
The
other Violett and Gabby dolls have wigs that are not
necessarily intended to be removed but we know collectors
and where there is a will there is a way.
You
will notice that there is a space between Violett and
Gabby's big toe and the next toe so they can wear thong
sandals. You will also notice that Violett and Gabby's
vinyl is velvety and seamless.
